At the beginning we started collaborating with INSIA vechicle test laboratory to carry out initial type testing (ITT) such as the artificial aging and fatigue test of our BIV. This initial point of ITT encouraged our engineering team to design specifically adapted tests for our needs.

First of all we designed an artificial extreme fatigue and wear test, what we called The Wheel. This devices submitts the BIV at a pressure cycling rate of 2160 cycles per hour, simulating the continuous impacts of vehicles at high speed.

We also test our products at real-life conditions on a private road to measure and simulate different types of impacts and vehicles as well as installation procedures and techniques.
